Suitable For Adults Above 18 Years Of Age. How Does It Work? Unlike Other Nasal Decongestant Sprays, Otrivin Complete Contains 2 Active Ingredients, Xylometazoline Hydrochloride And Ipratropium Bromide. -Xylometazoline Unblocks Your Nose By Reducing Swelling Of The Mucosa. It Helps Sinus Drainage So Mucus Can Be Drained Out, Easing Painful Sinus Pressure -Ipratropium Bromide Acts Directly On The Cells Producing Excessive Mucus To Stop Runniness. And Finally, It Helps Reduce Your Sneezing By Blocking The Sneezing Reflex.
