Elicasal Ointment is formulated for steroid-responsive inflammatory skin conditions where thickening and scaling are prominent. The corticosteroid component helps reduce inflammation, redness, and itching, while salicylic acid supports keratolytic action—helping loosen and reduce thick scales so the medication can penetrate better.

Common doctor-directed uses:
- Hyperkeratotic eczema/dermatitis
- Psoriasis plaques or scaly inflammatory patches (as assessed)
- Thickened, rough skin areas needing both anti-inflammatory and scale-reducing support
