• Cut approximately 40–45cm of floss from the dispenser.
• Wind most of the floss around the middle fingers, leaving a short working section between the hands.
• Guide the floss gently between two teeth without snapping it into the gums.
• Curve the floss around the side of each tooth and move it gently up and down along the tooth surface and beneath the gumline.
• Allow the floss to expand naturally during use.
• Use a clean section of floss for each interdental space.
• Floss once daily or as advised by your dentist or dental hygienist.
Precautions:
• Use gentle pressure to avoid cutting or injuring the gums.
• Do not force the floss through contacts that are unusually tight.
• If the floss repeatedly shreds or catches, have the area assessed by a dentist.
• Persistent gum bleeding, pain or swelling should be professionally evaluated.
