Imodium Instants Is A Form Of Treatment For The Relief Of Diarrhoea. These Tablets Can Be Used For: -Short-Term Diarrhoea -Irritable Bowel Syndrome (Ibs) Diarrhoea. Contains Loperamide Which Slows Down Bowel Movements
How Does It Work?
The Active Ingredient In These Tablets Is Loperamide.
This Anti-Diarrheal Drug Works By Slowing Down Bowel Movements, Which Allows For More Water To Be Absorbed Into The Body That Has Been Lost As A Result Of Diarrhoea.
Directions Of Use & Precautions:
-For Short-Term Relief Of Diarrhoea, Take 2 Tablets And Place Them On The Tongue.
Do Not Swallow Them, As They Will Dissolve In The Mouth Quickly On Their Own.
After The Initial 2 Tablets, Take 1 Tablet After Each Loose Bowel Movement.
Do Not Take For Longer Than 48 Hours And Do Not Take More Than 6 Tablets In A 24-Hour Period.
-For Ibs Diarrhoea, Use The Same Dosages But They Can Be Taken For Up To 2 Weeks.
This Should Only Be For Repeated Attacks Only, And Not One Single Ibs Diarrhoea Attack.
If Symptoms Have Not Improved After Using For The Recommended Period, Speak To A Doctor Or Pharmacist For Advice.
• Usage: Take two tablets after the first loose stool, followed by one tablet after each subsequent stool.
• Precautions: Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.
