How to Use:

Before first use, remove the protective cap and press the applicator until an even spray appears
-
Blow your nose gently to clear the nostrils
-
Insert nozzle into one nostril and press firmly while sniffing deeply

Withdraw nozzle and release the applicator

Repeat in the other nostril
-
Wipe the nozzle and replace the cap
Precautions:

Use 1 spray per nostril

Use 2β3 times daily, as needed

Do not use more than every 8 hours
