Paracetamol 500 mg

Caffeine 25 mg

Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5 mg

An OTC medicine recommended for the relief of:
-
Sinus pain
-
Fever
-
Pain
-
Nasal congestion

Each tablet contains:
-
Paracetamol 500 mg
-
Caffeine 25 mg
-
Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5 mg

Directions of Use:
-
Take 1–2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours, up to 4 times a day
-
Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours
-
Equivalent to: Paracetamol 2000 mg, Guaifenesin 800 mg, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 40 mg
-

Minimum dosing interval: 4 hours
-
Do not take continuously for more than 7 days without medical advice
Precautions:
-
Not to be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical advice

Do not give to children under 12 years
-
Avoid driving or operating machinery if affected by dizziness
Do Not Take If:
-
You are taking or have taken MAOIs in the past 2 weeks
-
You have a history of hypersensitivity to paracetamol, caffeine, phenylephrine, or any other ingredient in the product
Stop Use and Consult a Doctor If You Experience:
-
Allergic reactions: skin rash, itching, breathing problems, or swelling of lips, tongue, throat, or face
-
Skin rash, peeling, or mouth ulcers
-
Angioedema or Stevens-Johnson Syndrome
-
Breathing problems or bronchospasm after aspirin/NSAIDs, and a similar reaction occurs with this product
-
Unexplained bruising or bleeding
-
Liver dysfunction symptoms/signs
-
Symptoms of metabolic acidosis, such as:
-
Deep, rapid, or difficult breathing
-
Nausea or vomiting
-
Loss of appetite
-
Take Special Care With Panadol Cold + Flu Day If You Have:
-
Hepatic or severe renal impairment
-
Hypertension, hyperthyroidism, diabetes, heart disease, or phaeochromocytoma
-
Enlarged prostate or occlusive vascular disease
-
Sepsis or severe infection (risk of metabolic acidosis with paracetamol use)
-
If you are taking antihypertensive drugs (use with caution)
-
Paracetamol 500 mg – pain reliever & fever reducer
-
Phenylephrine 5 mg – helps relieve nasal congestion
-
Uses: Provides relief from cold and flu symptoms such as congestion and headache
-
Usage: Take one tablet every 4–6 hours

Precautions: Do not exceed 6 tablets in 24 hours
