How to Use:
• Adjust the crutch height so there is approximately a 2–3 finger-width space between the underarm and the top pad while standing upright.
• Adjust the handgrips so the elbows remain slightly bent when holding them.
• Confirm all adjustment pins and fasteners are securely locked before walking.
• Support body weight primarily through the hands and handgrips rather than pressing heavily into the underarms.
• Place the crutches slightly forward and to each side before stepping according to the walking technique recommended by your healthcare professional.
• Use the prescribed weight-bearing technique during recovery or rehabilitation.
Precautions:
• Do not rest full body weight directly through the underarms because excessive pressure may affect nerves and blood vessels.
• Do not exceed the stated maximum weight capacity of approximately 120kg.
