How to Use:
• Rest quietly for approximately 5 minutes before taking a measurement.
• Sit comfortably with your back supported and feet flat on the floor.
• Place the cuff directly around the bare upper arm and secure it comfortably.
• Position the arm on a table so the cuff is approximately level with the heart.
• Switch on the monitor and remain still and silent during the measurement.
• Allow the cuff to inflate and deflate automatically.
• Read the displayed systolic pressure, diastolic pressure and pulse rate once measurement is complete.
• Record or review stored readings regularly to monitor trends over time.
Precautions:
• This device is intended for blood pressure self-monitoring and should not replace professional medical assessment.
• Do not diagnose a medical condition or change medication based solely on a home blood pressure reading.
