Hartmann Cosmopor E Sterile Self-Adhesive Wound Dressing 20 × 8cm is designed for reliable protection and care of postoperative wounds, acute wounds and minor injuries with light wound exudate.

The dressing combines a soft, breathable non-woven backing with an absorbent central wound pad to help collect wound exudate while providing comfortable protection to the affected area.

A non-adherent wound-contact layer helps prevent the absorbent pad from sticking directly to the wound, supporting greater comfort during dressing removal and replacement.

Cosmopor E features a skin-friendly hypoallergenic adhesive that provides secure fixation to the surrounding healthy skin without requiring an additional fixation dressing. Its breathable construction supports patient comfort during wear.

The larger 20 × 8cm format provides practical coverage for longer surgical incisions and other wounds requiring an extended sterile dressing area.
